The Aster Aadhar Hospital Emergency Department is geared to meet all medical and surgical emergencies, including pediatrics, obstetrics,trauma 24 hours a day. It is backed by consultants from all specialties and super specialties around the clock for all critical conditions. Our Emergency Department houses an operation theatre for all emergency surgeries and procedures. We have a modern and well-equipped ambulance which operates 24/7 with experienced doctors and nurses. The hospital has its own diet services dept. for admitted patients. We cater to all the special need of the patient. Tailor made diets are carefully designed for specific health conditions. Trained dieticians carefully monitor and evaluate the patient’s diet during his stay in the hospital.

The food services dept. provides breakfast, lunch and dinner the patient as per medical instructions.

A special cafeteria serving nutritious and tasty snacks with a variety in menu has been created for relatives with a desires waiting area.

Third Party Administrator Cell :

A Third Party Administrator Cell cell has been created in the hospital to facilitate cashless medical admission in the hospital. It will smoothen the process of preauthorisation process. All the TPAs which are empanelled with the hospital and information regarding them is handled by our team.

All grievances pertaining to the procedure of pre authorisation, documents, reports are handles by our dedicate team. Our executive will mediate all queries with the respective Third Party Administrator Cell.

Parking :
The hospital has made a provision for a valet parking system is taking advantage of an outstanding public relations tool. Hospital valet parking will improve a facilities patient satisfaction scores, as well as amplify the status of the facility.

Valet Attendant is typically the first and last point of contact for patients and visitors at your healthcare facility. Our valets strive to create an environment by warmly welcoming patients and visitors, opening and closing vehicle doors, assisting with wheelchairs, walkers and oxygenated equipment, as well as helping with any baggage. Meditation room :
For mind peace and relaxation during your stay in the hospital, a meditation room is specially designed for patients and their relatives.
The ambiance and design elements incorporated in the meditation area helps in an alternate healing process.
